Dfrac team investigated the viral claim. Firstly we found the tweet of Manipur police. They stated that,” a news of one Meitei man being beaten up by some Kuki men at Murnika, New Delhi went viral on Social Media. On verification it was found to be a false and misleading information. Public are requested to desist from publishing/uploading/sharing any such fake/false news during this sensitive time.”
Looking closely into the video, we noticed that the man was creating a Ruckus in the market area, in Delhi. While doing so, he pushed the scooter and got into a fight with the locals in the market.

Conclusion
From the Fact Check, the claims about the Meitei man being beaten up by Kuki’s in Delhi are misleading. The man was beaten up by locals for creating a ruckus in the marketplace.
