A Tik-Tok video is getting viral on many profiles from Facebook where it is shown in the video that the President of Russia, Putin has declared a War on Africa.
The running subtitles are claiming that Putin is warning people not to interfere in the War and threaten our people will have to face the consequences. the subtitles says,
“I have made a decision of a military operation. How can Kenya invade our missions? Kenya has put itself in a war that it can’t even shoot a single bullet. Bombing Kenya will only take a few minutes from my military men. As from now, we will start sending our missiles to Nairobi so we can destruct Kenya,”

Fact Check:
When we Research the video and ran the video on Google translator we found that the speech of Putin did not match with the English subtitles. According to the real speech this is what Putin said:
“I have decided to conduct a special military operation. Whoever tries to prevent us, and even more so, to create threats for our country for our people, should know that Russia’s response will be immediate and will lead you to such consequences that you have never seen in your history,”
A news firm called BARRON’S too have shared the whole speech of Putin.

Therefore the videos getting viral on Facebook are morphed videos and not true.
