The DFRAC team converted the viral video into key-frames and reverse image searched on Google. We found this video uploaded on Allu Arjun’s YouTube channel on August 23, 2022. The caption was, “Icon star Allu Arjun as Grand Marshal @40th India Day Parade in New York”.
Apart from this, we also found many media reports, including media reports from Telangana Today and Hindustan Times.
As per Hindustan Times reports, Allu Arjun represented the country as the Grand Marshal at the annual India Day Parade in New York to mark the 75th anniversary of India’s independence. Allu was joined by his wife Sneha Reddy in the parade. The Federation of Indian Associations of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut organized the event to mark 75 years of India’s independence.
