Does the secret Islamic document of Congress come into the hands of the BJP?
On social media, massive misinformation is being spread by many users. We also found one such video of a document titled Towards Islam of India, which is going viral with the claim that this document belongs to Congress which came into the hands of the BJP.

An X user named Sarika Tyagi shared the video on X and wrote “This is the confidential document of Congress which come into the hands of Modi government #Aajtak revealed to the public! You all listen to their intentions yourself and understand their thinking well what exactly do they want to do!!”

Fact Check
The logo of Aaj Tak is clearly shown in the video so DFRAC team searched the X handle of Aaj Tak. We found the same video which was posted on 14 July 2022. In the video, the anchor Sweta Singh tells about the document of PFI which shows that they were planning to make India, an Islamic state. There is no mention of Congress in the whole video. Aaj Tak shared the video and wrote “Big revelation on PFI from Patna to Telangana”.
Conclusion
Therefore, it is clear from the DFRAC’s fact check that the claim made by social media users that this document was of Congress is misleading as this document was related to PFI.
