In which the viral statement can be heard at the timestamp of 18:40 to 19:12 with Gandhi saying “If a decision of Rs 100 is taken from the budget, then how much do the tribals take? How much? 0.01 means tribal officers decide Rs 10 out of Rs 100 . No, they take the decision of 10 paise. Sorry”.
