Claim
A viral video shows a man arguing with a female police officer. Users sharing this video claiming it to be from West Bengal and allege that the man arguing with the officer is a Muslim leader from the ruling party, TMC (Trinamool Congress).
A user named Deepak Sharma shared the video, writing: “This is the reality of Bengal… See how a low-level TMC ‘Mullah’ is talking to a DIG, even threatening her, while the officer listens helplessly… Do you know why? Because the person in front is a Muslim, and in Bengal, the police aren’t allowed to raise their voice in front of Muslims.”

Meanwhile, this video is also being shared by several other users with the same claim. It can be seen here, here, and here.
Fact Check
To investigate the viral video, the DFRAC team conducted a reverse image search of a keyframe from the video. The video was found uploaded on a YouTube channel, where it was stated that the altercation took place between the Superintendent of Police and the District Congress President in Kailashahar.

Further investigation led us to a report by The Assam Tribune, which provided details that a violent clash occurred between protesters and police personnel on security duty in Kailashahar, the headquarters of Unakoti district.
The clash took place after a protest rally was held by members of the Muslim community against the Waqf Amendment Act. The rally was led by Congress leader Badrul Zaman, who is also the chairman of the local Panchayat Samiti.
To maintain law and order, the police had set up barricades and deployed heavy security. During this time, an argument took place between Unakoti SP P. Sudhumbika and Congress leader Badrul Zaman.

Similarly, other media reports have also identified this incident as having taken place in Kailashahar, located in the Unakoti district of Tripura.

Conclusion
Hence, the fact check clearly shows that the claim made with the viral video is misleading. The video is not from West Bengal, but rather from Kailashahr in Tripura.
