Fact Check: Why the village of Yemen being called the village of Arunachal Pradesh?

In social media a video is being viral very drastically. The video is said to be of Arunachal Pradesh Pasighat. It is being claimed that this village is the only village which never rained.

Facebook user shared this video and wrote,“Marvelous Village this is the only village which never rained because this villages is situated in sky-high above the raining clouds.This villages is being known as Arunachal PradeshPasighat, that is marvelous.”

Fact Check:

To check the viral video at first DFRAC team captured the key-frames of the video and reverse searched them using InVid tool. As a result,the team had found a similar kind of video in YouTube.

Giving information about the video in the caption, it was told that it is the "Al-Hutaib" village located in the "Haraj" area of ​​the "Manakha" Directorate, west of the Yemeni capital Sanaa.

You can see the tremendous beauty from its peak, which is situated in sky-high at one of the  highest mountain,clouds runs downward and under that rainfall rain .
