A video is allegedly shared on the internet where it can be seen a man is brutally assaulting women.
The video is shared with the claim that the man seen in the video is a Muslim named Abdul whereas the woman who is facing the assault is a Hindu.
The incident is said to catch fuel when the Hindu family told Abdul not to throw garbage in front of their home.
The video is all over Facebook.
Fact Check:
We at DFRAC reverse searched the video and found that the news was found on several local news channels on 22nd January 2022. It was then found the it was not a fight of a Muslim against Hindu, but only between two Muslim families.
An official YouTube channel ZMDM News shared same video.
Conclusion:
The video is getting viral with a misleading claim of communal roits, but in actuality it was between the same communities.
