A video is widely shared on social media platforms claiming that a Hindu girl got beheaded by a Muslim boy in Surat, Gujrat in broad daylight.
It is said that the girl was beheaded because she being a Hindu refused to convert herself into Islam.
The video is widely being shared on social media under a very aggressive caption to provoke Hindus for fighting against this injustice. As shown in the links below:

This news was covered by the Times of India in an article through which we found that the incident was on 12th February 2022. The victim’s name was Grishma Vekariya and the accused name is Fenil Goyani who killed the girl by slitting her throat with a knife.
The angle of Hindu –Muslims as shown by many social media users is a false claim as both of them belong to the same community. It is also being said that both of them were friends since childhood.
Fenil after he beheaded Garishma ran off from the area and try to poison himself. He also cut his hand with the same knife after beheading the girl.
Conclusion:
The reason for the murder is still not clear. But it is clear that no Hindu Girl got beheaded because she refuse to convert herself into Islam. As both of them were from the same community.
