फैक्ट चेक: क्या एयर इंडिया की फ्लाइट के 125 यात्रियों का कोविड टेस्ट पॉज़िटिव

एक खबर तेजी से वायरल हो रही है। खबर में दावा किया गया है कि इटली से रोम जाने वाली एयर इंडिया की फ्लाइट के 125 यात्रियों का कोविड टेस्ट पॉज़िटिव पाया गया है।

 

NewsNation, Mirror Now, ANI, Bharatnews  जैसे कई मीडिया हाउस ने इस खबर को पोस्ट किया है।

फैक्ट चेक:

उपरोक्त दावे की पड़ताल करने पर हमारी टीम ने पाया कि ये फ्लाइट एयर इंडिया की नहीं थी बल्कि ये एक चार्टर फ्लाइट YU-661 थी। जो 179 यात्री के साथ 5 जनवरी 2022 को दोपहर करीब 1.30 बजे अमृतसर हवाई अड्डे पर उतरी। इस चार्टर फ्लाइट का संचालन एक पुर्तगाली कंपनी यूरो अटलांटिक एयरवेज ने इटली के मिलान से पंजाब के अमृतसर के बीच किया।

इसके अलावा, एयर इंडिया ने एक ट्वीट कर उपरोक्त मीडिया रिपोर्ट में किए गए दावे को भी खारिज कर दिया।

एएनआई ने अपने ट्वीट में कहा, “#FlyAI: कई मीडिया हाउस ने बताया है कि रोम से अमृतसर जाने वाली एयर इंडिया की फ्लाइट के यात्रियों का कोरोना टेस्ट पॉज़िटिव आया है। यह गलत और निराधार है। एयर इंडिया वर्तमान में रोम से किसी भी तरह कि फ्लाईट का संचालन नहीं करती है।”

इसके अलावा, एएनआई ने एक सही ट्वीट को भी रीट्वीट किया है,  जिसमे लिखा – “सुधार | इटली से एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय चार्टर्ड फ्लाइट के 125 यात्रियों का अमृतसर एयरपोर्ट पर आगमन के दौरान कोविड -19 टेस्ट पॉज़िटिव पाया गया है। फ्लाइट  में कुल यात्री 179 थे: वीके सेठ, अमृतसर हवाई अड्डे के निदेशक।”

अत: हमारी टीम ने उपरोक्त दावे को भ्रामक पाया है।
