After researching we found many videos of the rally on Facebook and Twitter that were posted near 26th December to 28th December. The video is related to the Kesari March which is celebrated in honor of Fatehgarh martyrs. The fair is held from 25 December to 27 December in memory of Guru Gobind Singh’s son Baba Zorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh.

Conclusion: The article states that viral video has no relation with the PM visit to Punjab. Hence the video is fake and misleading.
