Did Wikileaks release the list of corrupt ministers of Modi government? Read- Fact Check

On social media, a list of Wikileaks goes viral. While sharing the list users claim that after the defeat of Rishi Sunak in Britain in General Elections, India’s Modi government and their ministers has been exposed. In the 14 years regime of Modi government, the black money of Modi’s ministers has increased 100 times. Name of 24 people including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Sitharaman and Anurag Thakur in this list.
Fact Check:
On investigation, we did not find any news published by any media organization including of India and Britain regarding the list of Indians having black money in secret banks of Britain published by Wikileaks. Although, All the media houses have published news only in the context of the release of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange.
Furthermore, our team looked on the website Wikileaks.org and found no such list there. While, we found that no content has been posted on this website since 2021.
Conclusion:
It is evident from the DFRAC fact check that Wikileaks has not published any list of the black money stating Indian PM Narendra Modi and all cabinet ministers kept in secret banks in Britain. Therefore, the claim of social media users is fake.
