To know the reality of this viral video, the Dfrac team converted this video into some keyframes and then reverse-searched it. Meanwhile, we found this same video in a tweet made in 2022.
Former BJP Delhi MP Adesh Gupta tweeted this video in 2022 with the caption: “Only Kejriwal ji can give water to the plants in the rain.”

Conclusion
It is proved from Dfrac’s Fact-Check that the viral video was posted last year. Therefore, the claims of BJP Delhi leaders Naveen Dagar and Anuja Kapoor, are misleading since Former BJP MP Adesh Gupta shared this video in September 2022 last year.
