Fact Check: Did Rahul Gandhi and other leaders of congress drunk during #BharatJodoYatra?

Rahul Gandhi’s BharatJodoyYatra entered its 15th, with entering Kerala on 10th September. The yatra, which started from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu on 7th September, will cover a distance of 3,570km and is scheduled to conclude in Jammu and Kashmir.
Meanwhile, many videos and photos of Rahul Gandhi have covered entire social media. Similarly, a video of Rahul Gandhi and congress leaders is again getting viral with a claim that the leaders are drunk and cannot even walk properly.
In the video, some leaders along with Rahul Gandhi can be seen leaving a restaurant, while some leaders can also be seen tripping on the floor.
Sharing the video, a user on Twitter writes, “Pappu in a bar in Kerala Yatra. All the stooges are well drunk to shout about his glory. While the poor SPG COMMANDO is thinking “Mein yahaan kyon phas gaya”. Bharat Jodo Yatra nahin, #BharatTodoYatra hai ye. @RahulGandhibe ashamed of yourself Say no to #BharatJodaYatra.”

To investigate the viral claim, we used certain keyframes and found a Malayalam video of the congress leader Dr. Shama Mohomad from 17th September 2022 in the video we can see the restaurant’s name – Hotel Malabar in Oachira, Kollam district in Kerala.
where Rahul Gandhi and other Kerala Congress leaders had breakfast at a restaurant in Oachira, Kollam district in Kerala.
DFRAC team called the owner of the restaurant Ansar and he told us that the viral claim of Rahul Gandhi and other congress leader being Drunk is false as the restaurant do not serve alcohol.
The team then focused on the video and saw some steps on the exit of the restaurant which explains why some leaders tripped at that point.
Conclusion:
Due to the owner coming himself and stating the fact it is clear no one from BharatJodoYatra was drunk.
