Fact Check
Upon fact-checking, it was found to be misleading. As per credible reports from Telegraph India and The Indian Express, it is reported that during an ongoing operation in the Guddar forest area of Kulgam, a fierce gunfight broke out in which two Indian Army soldiers and two militants were killed. Security forces further suspected that another militant might be hiding in the forest and continued their search operations.

The Chinar Corps, through its official handle, paid tribute to the supreme sacrifice of Sub Perbhat Gaur and Lance Naik Narender Sindhu, who laid down their lives in the line of duty in Kulgam. Reports also confirm that as security forces closed in on the target area, the hiding militants opened indiscriminate fire, injuring three soldiers, including a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO).
Neither official statements nor news reports mention the killing of any Kashmiri youth.
Conclusion
The claim that Indian troops killed two Kashmiri youth in Kulgam is false. The encounter resulted in the deaths of two soldiers and two terrorists, not civilians.
