Fact-Check

In the probe, the DFRAC team found that the above-shared claim is completely fake.

We searched some keywords regarding the above-shared claim and found that no such news about four sikh officials having blocked the proposal had been reported in the mainstream media.

Instead of this, we stumbled upon numerous reports from The Economic Times dated Nov 8 Business-Standard and Swarajya Magazine dated Nov 9. As per reports, the Defence Ministry has sought environmental clearance to expand ammunition storage facilities in Ladakh in a bid to bolster military readiness and ensure swift supply of ammunition during the operational deployment of Army units along the sensitive border with China

Conclusion

It is evident from DFRAC’s Fact-check that the above-shared claim stating four Sikh officials in the Environmental Ministry had blocked the Indian Army’s proposal for additional ammunition storage facilities in Ladakh is fake, since no reports or updates are available online in this regard.
