FACT CHECK:

The DFRAC team has investigated about this viral claim and found many past media reports. According to the africa.com, Vincent Dabilgou is in jail since August 2023 for 11 years which means that he is in the jail currently. There is no past report or news from August 2023 related to this video and no reports about him getting bailed or released from the jail since then. So, we can conclude that the man in the viral video is not Vincent Dabilgou as he is jail since August 2023.
