Fact Check
We investigated the viral image using a reverse image search on Google. It led us to an article by The Quint, titled Karnataka’s Reluctant Politician: The Life and Times of ‘Annavaru’, in which the original image was featured. The article was dedicated to Kannada superstar Dr. Rajkumar.
Additionally, we found this image on a website named News Hamster 1. The article on the website had the same image and was similarly dedicated to Kannada superstar Dr. Rajkumar.
Furthermore, on comparing both the images, we can conclude that PM Modi’s face was superimposed on the original picture.
Conclusion
Thus, from the fact check, it is clear that PM Modi’s face was superimposed on the original picture.
