To check the reality of the viral video the team of DFRAC did a reverse search on google and found that many youtube channels have uploaded a similar video which was 6 years old. This can be seen here

The video stated: International Islamic Preacher Dr. Zakir Naik inspired four more people To embrace Islam. Four persons converted to Islam after Zakir Naik’s lecture in Katara in Doha city of Qatar. During a question and answer session after Zakir’s two lectures, the four people recited the Shahadah (declaration of faith at the stroke of midnight).
Dr. Zakir Naik is a controversial Wahhabi preacher who faces charges of money laundering and hate speeches in India.
