Similarly, many other people shared this video with a similar claim.

Fact Check

To know the reality of the video, the DFRAC team took different key frames of the video using the InVid tool. Then, applying reverse image search on the different frames of the video, a Youtube video was found on the YouTube channel of the Gujarat Tak.  The title of the video is,

“People who came to BJP’s roadshow also want development Morbi | GT”

In the 9:51 minutes long video, at 3:58 minutes we can see the portion that went viral. There the man can be heard saying in Gujarati which can nearly be translated into English, “Aam Aadmi Party do have dominance here. Many educated candidates are also taking part, but they will not be able to defeat BJP. There is no leader with good speaking skills or a very known face who can give competition to the candidates of BJP.”

Conclusion

After hearing the full statement of the man, it is clear that he was not saying that AAP is dominant in Gujarat, at last, he said that AAP cannot surpass BJP. Therefore, the claims of social media users are misleading.

Claim: Even BJP workers believe that AAP is dominant in Gujarat.
