A verified user Ambuj Bhardwaj who is according to his Twitter bio a Journalist and News Junkie on International Affairs and Global Politics Social and also a Media coordinator & Reporter at @epanchjanya
He writes, “The “hardcore addicts” turned out to be “hardcore honest”!! It is heard that Bhagwant Mann had drunk so much alcohol that he was dropped from the flight in Germany!!”(Hindi Translation)

To investigate the above claim, we reverse searched the image and found the image on The Tribune which states, “In a short video of the meeting released by the party on Friday, Kejriwal and Mann are seen sitting on a cot placed in the mustard fields and interacting with some farmers” dated 14th January 2022.
Conclusion:
By looking at both the pictures one can say the above picture is photo shopped and is getting viral with the fake claims.
