To fact-check the video going viral, we reverse searched some of the frames of the video. We found this video posted on the official YouTube channel of Samajwadi Party. This video was uploaded on 7th October 2017. Azam Khan’s full statement can be heard at 13:16 minutes to 16 minutes 20 minutes of this video.

All the great men in the world, they may have been prophets in their time. So Yogi ji, Mughals are not our ideals, but Ram and Krishna ji are our ideals. But we want to know whether the Prophet and Jesus Christ are your role models or not?
