Fact check:  Did people ignore Biden after the appearance of Obama in the white house?

The White House has celebrated its event based on the Affordable Care Act in the US. Former President Barack Obama gave his first public appearance and shared a few words on the stage.  Meanwhile, a short clip of Joe Biden is getting viral on social media. Users are claiming that US President was ignored by the crowd after the entry of Obama.

RNC Research a verified account shared a clip of Biden and claimed that no one wants to talk to him.

Fact check

After watching the video of the conference, we found that no such ignorance has taken place. In fact, Biden and vice President Kamla Harris were the major hosts of the event. From 39:27 minutes to 40:01 minutes, we can how people are paying respect to Joe Biden.

Therefore, the video is spread with a misleading claim.
