DFRAC Editor January 29, 2022
Khan Sir

Recently, Police booked Khan sir for inciting violence in the RRB-NTPC protest in Patna. Amid these students’ protests in Bihar over railway exams, many videos of the protest and  Khan sir are getting viral on the internet. One such video of Khan Sir is getting viral on social media platforms. Sharing the video one user wrote the caption which nearly translates into English, “Coaching Jihad. People of Patna had put Khan Sir on his head, as soon as he become popular, he came in his color. Akhilesh Bhaiya, this is Internet Terrorism and such are Internet Terrorists.”

Fact Check

On our fact check analysis we found that social media users are making misleading claims related to this video. We found this video on a YouTube Channel named, “Khan GS Research Centre“. They uploaded this video on August 31, 2020.

That is to say, in the above video he is expressing his anger regarding the management. Further, his words may provoke students to protest but this video is around 1.5 year old. Therefore, it is clear that it has nothing to with the protest going on in Patna.

Conclusion

Hence, in our factcheck analysis it is proved  that social media users are sharing this video with misleading claims

Claim Review– Khan Sir Is Provoking The Students To Become Violent.

Fact Check: No, Pakistan’s J-10C Did Not Shoot Down an Indian Rafale Over the LoC Dramatic silhouette of a Chinese-made J-10C fighter jet in mid-flight against a vivid sunset sky, with its afterburner trail illuminated in the twilight. The image was featured in a viral social media post by a Pakistani defense account, falsely claiming that the aircraft had successfully shot down an Indian Rafale jet during an aerial encounter over the Line of Control (LoC). The claim was later fact-checked and debunked by Indian authorities as misinformation.
