A video is going viral on social media. In which a woman is seen being dragged into a car by some men, this video was shared on social media by BJP leaders Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Ashwini Upadhyay.
Sharing the video, BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay wrote that ‘Sister is a kafir, so she got kidnapped, Kumbha became Kabul in 100 years, Gandhar became Kandahar in 100 years, Persia became Iran in 100 years, Kaikeya became Peshawar in 100 years, Pakistan India was in 1947, if the constitution is not implemented 100%, then India will become Pakistan in 2047.
On the other hand, BJP leader Manjinder Sirsa tweeted and said, See how a Hindu woman is kidnapped in broad daylight, outside sessions court Umarkot, Sindh-Pakistan. She is screaming for help but the police or nobody acted and they dragged her by the hair and put her in the car. @DrSjaishankar ji @ImranKhanPTI.
On the basis of this tweet of Sirsa, Indian media also reported this claim as true. In which it is said that a Hindu woman was kidnapped in broad daylight.

On checking the above claim, we found that this video is of domestic violence. In this regard our team got the report by Pakistan Daily.
In which it was told that Tejan 40, the wife of Harchand Bhil, resident of Wehro Sharif, had a dispute with his wife, so she had approached the civil court Umarkot for a divorce. Today when she came back home, after hearing a case, eight people attacked her.
Apart from this, we also found a tweet by Lal Malhi, a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan. In which he said that the accused in the video are not Muslims, but relatives of the woman who is being attacked and belongs to the Bhil community. He also said that a case has been registered against the accused and arrests have also been made.
Hence the claim made by BJP leaders is false and bogus.
