Fact Check: Old video goes viral with claim of Iran carrying out drone attack on Israel

A video is being shared on social media sites with the claim that Iran’s Shaheed drones have reached Israel.
While sharing the viral video, a user has also written that confirmation of the video has been provided.
Fact-check:
The DFRAC team reverse searched some key frames of the viral video. During this time, the team found the same video uploaded on Instagram on 12 October 2023. It said that several rockets were fired by Hamas from Gaza towards the Israeli city of Ashkelon.
Conclusion:
It is clear from this Fact Check of DFRAC that the viral video is not of the attack on Israel carried out by Iran, but this video is from October 2023, hence the claim of social media users is misleading.
