According to media reports, former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan will appear in several Islamabad courts today for bail in many cases. Meanwhile, a graphic image is going viral on social media. In this graphic image, the logo of BBC Urdu can be seen and there is Urdu text, “Pakistan’s establishment should not completely stop Imran Khan’s voice and use of power so that the public does not reach your secrets. Imam-e-Kaba Abdur Rahman As-Sudais”. PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) supporters and verified users have shared this graphic image on Twitter without any caption.

Fact Check
To find out the truth of the viral graphic image, the DFRAC team first saw it carefully. During this time, the team found that Urdu Nastaleeq font was used in the text instead of only logos. Whereas BBC Urdu uses Naskh Asia type regular and BBC Urdu never uses two fonts together.
After this, the team visited BBC Urdu’s official website, but we did not get any news related to Imam-e-Kaba Abdur Rahman As-Sudais. Then the DFRAC team searched on Google with some Urdu and English keyword, but we did not get any news like this.
Conclusion
This fact-check by DFRAC makes it clear that the viral graphic image is fake because Imam-e-Kaba Abdur Rahman As-Sudais has not issued any such statement, so the claim of PTI supporter Mohammad Tariq Bilal and other social media users is wrong.
