Swara Bhasker, an Indian actress who recently got married to a social activist, Fahad Ahmed has now again in the headlines after a screenshot of News 24 went viral that claims, Swara Bhaskar is pregnant after 4.5 months of her marriage.
A user by the name of RajuDas Hanumangadhi Ayodhya writes, “Swara Bhasker gave birth to a baby boy after 4.5 months of marriage. Gadkari ji who completed the work before time was shown a mirror !!”
Many on social media are mockingly sharing the image with the same claim.
Fact Check:
To check the viral claim, DFRAC team ran a keyword search and found no such news in any of the mainstream media houses. Further, this news was neither confirmed by Swara Bhaskar nor Fahad Ahmed in any of their social media accounts.
On digging more into it we found a tweet from News 24 itself, which claimed the screenshot shared in the name of News 24 as fake.
Also, in the viral screenshot the spelling of ‘Fahad’ was mis-spelled as ‘Fawad’.
Conclusion:
Hence, the claim of social media users of Swara Bhaskar being pregnant is fake as no such news is confirmed by her or her husband.
