Sharing the picture, Nirmal Kumar – State President IT & social media at @bjp4tamilnadu wrote in Tamil that can be nearly translated into English, “Just thinking of those 10 people going on pilgrimage with this #pappu playing henna with children is a sin…” The archived version of the Tweet cane be seen here.
Similarly, many users have shared this picture with the similar claim.

Moreover, in the description of the picture it was mentioned that, “Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi with his niece Miraya Vadra during a remembrance ceremony for the 71st birth anniversary of the former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi at Veer Bhumi on August 20, 2015 in New Delhi, India.”
Conclusion
In the viral picture Rahul is with his niece Mairaya Vadra. It is an old picture of 2015 and has nothing to do with Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. Therefore, the claim of social media users is misleading.
