A newspaper cutting is going viral on social media. In this viral cutting, it can be seen that a woman is sitting with a child on the hospital bed. At the same time, a person is standing with his feet on that bed.
Users sharing the cutting of the newspaper are claiming that this picture is from Chhattisgarh, where a trainee IAS officer is insulting a female patient by stepping on her bed. Users sharing the post are demanding action against the officer by tagging the newspaper cuttings to CM Bhupesh Baghel.
A Twitter user wrote- “Like where the river is, like where it is filled. Just as the Father went and looked at him like that. Being an IAS is not a guarantee that sanskars will also come. Respected @bhupeshbaghel ji please take note of @INCChhattisgarh”

Fact Check
To check the newspaper cutting going viral, we looked at the comment box of most Twitter posts. Many users wrote that this incident is old and action was taken against the accused IAS officer on this matter.
After this we searched on Google about this incident. We found a news report dated 10 May 2016 from Deccan Chronicle website. According to this news, Dr. Jagdish Sonkar is a doctor by profession and has become an IAS officer after passing the UPSC exam. During the inspection of the hospital, he had set foot on the bed of a female patient.
There was a lot of controversy on social media after the picture of this incident went viral. After which Dr. Sonkar had apologized by writing a Facebook post seeing the controversy growing. He wrote that I did not do this intentionally. It was not his intention to insult or hurt anyone.
