Fact Check: The whole Truth behind the video of policemen with two saffron shawl guys.

Clashes broke out between two communities during a Hanuman Jayanti procession in Jahangirpuri on Saturday, in which eight police personnel and a local resident got injured.

The police have arrested the main conspirators Ansar and Md Aslam for this whole issue.1

Meanwhile, a video of certain policemen with two persons following them in saffron shawls is getting viral on social media. People are sharing it with pride on the internet.

Fact Check:

We reverse search the video and found that the video is old and from the year 2020.

The video is actually from the corona times and the two guys in Saffron shawls are the corona warriors. They are going house to house to aware people of the corona and to follow all the corona norms.

The video was shared by the official account of @budaunpolice (Budaun Police).

Sho Kotwali told that both the persons shown in the above photo, Corona Warriors 1. Mukesh Kumar and 2. Sunil Gurjar visited the locality and appealed to the people to download the Arogya Setu App and stay in their respective homes. Both are Corona Warriors with the police.(Translates Hindi) the caption reads.
