The video is catching fire as many other users posted the same short clip of Yogi Adityanath and claimed the same.

Fact check
After reverse image search, we found that the video is 2 years old. Zee News portal covered the news where CM Yogi burst out into tears after watching a program that was dedicated to martyred soldiers. The program was conducted in Gorakhnath Temple of Gorakhpur.
After seeing the image embed in the article. We got to know that the viral is from the program conducted for soldiers. Thus the claim of CM Yogi shedding tears after watching The Kashmir Files is fake.
