We reverse searched the viral video and found that the video is from the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue summit in Tokyo, Japan. We also found that Biden had also acknowledged PM Modi standing there and interacted with him by shaking hands.
The viral video is altered and cropped.
The whole video can be seen on the YouTube channel France 24 English with the caption, “Japan hosts Quad summit seeking unity on countering China.”
The same summit was posted on Twitter.
