The conflict between Iran and Israel-America is ongoing. The countries involved are under continuous attack. According to media reports, Iran has attacked American bases situated in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar. Meanwhile, a video is being shared on social media claiming that Iran has attacked the world-famous Burj Khalifa with a missile, after which the building caught fire.
A user wrote while sharing this video, ‘News is coming from Dubai that an Iranian missile has attacked Burj Khalifa. Although the UAE Government has stated that its forces have prevented most attacks, there are still casualties from falling debris. #Iran #عاجل_الان #brujkhalifa #america‘
The same video is being circulated by various users with such claims; see here and here.
Fact Check
After verifying, the DFRAC team found that the attack on Burj Khalifa is a fallacious claim and the viral video is AI-generated. Our team was the first to investigate the video. We checked these videos on the AI-Detector Tool Hive Moderation. Our investigation found that the Burj Khalifa fire video is AI-generated.

Some keywords were also searched on Google for further evidence. A report by the Economic Times regarding the Dubai attack was obtained. According to the report, officials confirmed that there was no attack on the Burj Khalifa.

Our team contacted Maaz Ahmad and Naushad Ansari, living in Dubai, for further confirmation. Both confirmed that the viral video is fake. They stated that no such incident of attack on the Burj Khalifa or a fire spreading throughout the building has been observed, nor has any such information been received.
Conclusion
It is quite evident from the fact check of DFRAC that the video of the missile attack on the Burj Khalifa and the massive fire outbreak on social media is fake. There is no official confirmation of such a strike. Therefore, the claims made by users are fake.
