Social media users have shared this image with claims that it depicts President Trump making the leaders of Germany, France, the UK, Finland, NATO, and the European Union wait outside the Oval Office in chairs “like they’re at a dentist’s office.”

Upon investigation, we found the claim and the image to be Fake. Following President Trump’s meeting with Russian President Putin, additional meetings were arranged with the Ukrainian President and other European leaders. Given this context, we searched for the viral image but found no publication of it in any credible news outlet. Upon closer examination of the image, we found clear signs that it had been digitally altered. For example, Emmanuel Macron’s body appears to have an extra leg. Also, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni was wearing a black blazer at the meeting, but this cannot be seen in the viral image.
Furthermore, Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council has officially said this image is fake.
