Fact Check
To investigate the viral claim, the DFRAC conducted a reverse image search of the key frames from the video. This led our team to a news report by The Diplomat, published on February 4, 2019.
The report is titled, “Pakistan Conducts Second Nasr Nuclear-Capable Ballistic Missile Test in a Week”

Here, is a press release by ISPR confirms of Pakistan conducting another successful launch of short range surface to surface ballistic missile “Nasr”.

In its ISPR press release informs of launch of short range surface to surface ballistic missile “Nasr” as a part of training exercise which included quad salvo on January 24 and single shots on January 28 & 31, 2019.

Here, is the video published on January 31, 2019 by ISPR Official YouTube channel. This is the same video which is going viral online.

In addition, to this an ORF commentary published on February 1, 2019 discusses the development of the Nasr missile in Pakistan.
Conclusion
Hence, it is clear by the fact check by DFRAC that the viral video is an old video. This video does not represent the present-day tension between India and Pakistan. This video is actually 6 years old and is test launch video of Nasr missile in Pakistan.
The original video is published on ISPR official YouTube channel and many media outlets have discussed about this missile launch.
Therefore, this video is misleading.
