Interestingly, they have associated this video with the Trump-Modi’s latest conference.

In the probe, the DFRAC team found that the video dated back to Oct 2020 when Trump addressed the media at a conference on coronavirus at the White House, in Washington DC.
A reverse-image search regarding the keyframes generated from the viral video, led us to some reports by India Today and The Tribune from Feb 2020, carrying the screengrab from the above viral video.

The reports stated that US President Donald Trump addressed the media at a conference on coronavirus at the White House, Washington DC, on February 26. Meanwhile, a video of a New York Post journalist making fun of an Indian reporter during the conference had surfaced on the internet and had left netizens furious.
In the video, an Indian journalist could be seen asking a question about India-US relationships post Trump’s maiden visit to the country. While the reporter was asking the question, the NY Post reporter, who was sitting behind him, was seen making faces at him.
The reports also mentioned that shoutouts were given by journalist Damon Imani to the Indian Journalist Raghubir Goyal. The tweets given in reports stated in his remarks:”He has been a White House reporter since President Carter and he speaks better English than most of us speak Hindi,”
