Fact Check
Upon investigation, we found the claim to be false. The DFRAC team analyzed the keyframes from the video and conducted a reverse image search. During the process, we found the video posted on media reports by Gulf News and Middle East Monitor dated July 14, 2020.

The report by middle east monitor informed that a huge fire exploded on the Cairo-Ismailia desert highway which injured 17 people and burning out 20 cars. A spark from a passing car ignited crude oil that was leaking from a pipeline that runs from the Red Sea port of Shuqair to Mostorod refinery complex in Greater Cairo, according to Egypt’s petroleum ministry.

Video footage of the blaze shows thick black smoke rising from the flames and filling the sky. It has raised serious questions over safety standards and fire regulations in Egypt.
Conclusion
Thus, it is revealed from the fact check the claims made on the viral video are misleading. The video is not related to the Maha Kumbh Mela but rather is an old clip from Egypt from the year 2020.
