To investigate the above viral claim, the DFRAC team did a keyword search in this context and found that Indian Rapper, MC Stan the winner of Bigg Boss season 16 was also a Muslim.
According to a media report published by the Economic Times in the year 2023, MC Stan took home the Bigg Boss 16 gleaming, diamond-studded trophy, as well as a brand new car and prize money worth over Rs 31 lakh on Sunday, February 12. MC Stan is a well-known rapper and musician from Pune, Maharashtra, who comes from a middle-class Muslim household. He was born on August 30, 1999, and is now 23 years old. He was formerly known as Altaf Tadavi until changing his name to seem more hip and fit in the rapping community, where a person’s stage name differs from their true name.
Furthermore, media reports from the Times of India and India.com also stated similar facts about the popular rapper.
