A video is being shared where a Tamping machine can be seen putting railway sleepers. While sharing the video. The internet user claimed that the machine belongs to India.

The user on X wrote, “ This is the technology of today’s India. Which the government could not launch in the last 60 years because the tax money of the people of India was being deposited in Swiss banks.” (Translated into English)
Fact Check
We inspected the video. Upon careful examination of the video, it becomes apparent that the equipment in question bears the inscription “China Communications Construction.”
On further investigation, we also found that India also has its own Tamping Machine which was made under the ‘Make it India’ initiative. According to an article by Financial Express , “the 09-3X Dynamic Tamping Express machines have been manufactured under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ambitious ‘Make in India’ initiative. Imported components have been used to manufacture the machines.”
Conclusion
Thus, from the fact check it is clear the video is not from India but it belongs to China.
