The reporter further questioned: “Are you not a part of the country?” the MP replied: “We are a part of the country, but we are part of the opposition.” The reporter then said: “Opposition is also a part of India.” To this, Dr. Barq stated: “They don’t accept that, but we do.”
Social media users are sharing this video and raising questions about the importance of his party and religion, indicating no importance is given to the national flag and the country.
Major Surender Poonia shared a video on Twitter and wrote: “What is the need of tricolor in every house…It is our wish, we put up the flag of our party (SP) at our home…The people of the country put up the flag of the country, we are the oppositionists!
