The letterhead of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is going viral on social media. A detailed plan is being shared on a two-page of this letterhead. It is titled, “Top Secret Statement of Hon’ble Shri Sarsanghchalak Ji for Wide Dissemination” stating that Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat has set a target of one million per year of Muslim girls to return to Hinduism. For this, all of you will also be given fifteen days of training.
This two page roadmap has 12 points through which you can force a Muslim girl to leave Islam.
If you meet a Muslim girl according to these 12 points, try to know the meaning of her name, and praise her. Always try to shake hands when Muslim girls are with Hindu girls. First shake hands with one of your Hindu girls, then with Muslim girls, so that they cannot refuse to shake hands. Praise the religion of Islam in front of her in such a way that the girl is impressed. Then after a few days, tell her that I want to convert to Islam, help me. If I get some more information, I will accept Islam and take her mobile but be careful! Never take a third person’s number and message her. Then proceed point by point and question Hijab, Halala practice. Make the Muslim girl realize that there is no respect for girls in Islam, they are just child-producing machines. Make physical relations as soon as you get a chance so that she is forced to adopt the Hindu religion etc.
In the end, it is written in this pamphlet that along with legal aid, a free amount of five lakhs will also be given to settle a house with a Muslim girl. In today’s era, there is no worship of religion greater than this.

To know the reality of the viral two-page letter, the DFRAC team first looked at it carefully and found that the logo seen in it is different from the actual logo of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Second, the original logo has a tagline while the viral letter does not, as seen in a report by The Wire, of an RSS letter.
The RSS logo can be seen in a press release in a tweet by RSS Pracharak Rajesh Padmar.

Also we checked the official website of RSS and other social media platforms, we could not find any such statement. Most importantly, this fake letter does not have any official seal or signature from the RSS.
Conclusion:
This fact-check by DFRAC confirms that the viral letter is fake as it has not been issued by the RSS, hence the claim of social media users is false.
