A video is getting viral on social media. In this video, it can be seen that two sadhus are doing spiritual practice in the snowstorm. Social media users are claiming that this sadhu is doing Shiva Sadhana.

While sharing this video, a verified user named Meenakshi Joshi captioned: “ Shiva Sadhana at sub-zero temperature, Om Namah Shivaya.”

Meanwhile, other users are also sharing a similar claim.

Fact Check:

To analyze the reality of the viral video, the DFRAC team converted the video into some frames. We found that this video was tweeted by a user named Vanprastha on December 24, 2020. He captions- “ The duality of heat and cold ends with the attainment of posture – the real proof of this statement of Maharishi Patanjali is the Yogi Sadhus who are meditating sitting in the snow in Kedarnath.

@HinduEcosystem_ #GreatHinduYogis.”

We also found this video on YouTube. Which was uploaded on a channel named Divine Uttarakhand on 29 December 2020.
