Fact Check: No, Shahrukh Khan did not say anything about leaving India if his movie flops

The trend of boycotting Bollywood movies continues to trend with the Shahrukh khan’s upcoming movie Pathan. In the same context a screenshot is going viral claiming that Shahrukh said that if his movie gets flop, he will leave this country.
The screenshot is written in Hindi which when translates into English states, “Shahrukh Khan said -: No one has the guts to make “Pathan” flop, if “Pathan” flops I will leave India, so who will help him to leave the country, support him by writing #BoycottPathan in the comment.”
A user on twitter shared the screenshot with the caption, “#BoycottPathaan #BoycottPathan #BoycottPathaanMovie #BoycottPathanMovie .”

Fact Check:
To investigate this viral claim the team used certain keywords and found no such official statement from any social platforms owned by Shahrukh khan.
Then we searched the main stream media but did not found any such statement, because if this would have been the case it would be on the main stream media.
Conclusion:
It is clear from our investigation that the claim by social media users is Fake.
