To analyze the reality of the viral claim, the team of DFRAC conducted a reverse image search. During this time we found a tweet on Twitter. A notification was issued by the Andhra Pradesh government denying the viral news in the tweet.

A notification from the Andhra Pradesh government said the Andhra Pradesh Medical Education Services denies “news published in certain media sections about dress code in medical colleges”. No such order has been issued for medical students. The news that is spreading is not official.
