He has been admitted to a hospital in Lahore for treatment. Simultaneously, one person also died in this accident.
After this attack, many photos are getting viral on social media. India’s News-24 has given information about the incident by sharing a picture. News24 shared the incident and wrote- “#Breaking: Imran Khan’s picture came out after being shot. 9 injured in the attack, 1 died #IMRANKHAN”

To analyze the originality of the picture shared by News24 of Imran Khan’s injury, the team of DFRAC did a reverse search of the picture. The team found a Hindustan times report.
The report was published on May 8, 2013. This picture is from the time when Imran Khan fell and was injured during a rally. The incident has been covered by several media houses, including Al-Jazeera.

Meanwhile, the team did a reverse search of the second picture shared by News-24 which revealed that this picture is from 2014. This picture was posted by Imran Khan’s official Twitter handle on August 17, 2014.
Conclusion:
It is clear from the verification of DFRAC that the picture shared by News-24 of Imran Khan’s injury is 9 years old. The second photo is 8 years old. Therefore, the picture shared by News24 is misleading.
