To investigate on the viral picture we advanced searched on google with specific keyframes and found a news related to the same on Economic Times with the headline, “UK Chancellor Rishi Sunak lights up Downing Street with Diwali decorations .” the date of which was 13th November 2020. This was the time when Sunak was the UK Chancellor and not the Prime Minister.
