Did Arvind Kejriwal hold the bow and arrow upturned aiming at himself? Read- Fact check

A picture of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is getting viral on social media sites. In this picture, Arvind Kejriwal can be seen holding the bow upside down and pointing the arrow at himself. Users who shared this photo are making fun of Arvind Kejriwal.

By sharing this photo, a user named ‘Yogi Vishalanand Srivastava’ wrote- “Upside down arrow, determined kejri, reverse thief scold police. Both sayings are fit” (English Translation)

Meanwhile, many other users are sharing the same picture.

Fact check:

To analyze the originality of the viral video the team of DFRAC did a reverse image search. We found a report from  business-standard.com. The report stated that Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal attended the Dussehra festival.

In this picture, Kejriwal can be seen holding the bow straight and the target of the arrow is also exactly in front. You can see both pictures in the collage given below.

Conclusion:

It is clear from the verification of DFRAC that by editing the viral picture of Arvind Kejriwal, the bow has been shown upturned and the arrow is targeted toward Kejriwal. Therefore, the claim made by social media users is fake.
