Sharing the video, a Twitter user Babjipv wrote, “This is @AamAadmiParty party district head who caught red-handed by his wife when he is with another lady in the lodge. On a simple keyword search, the DFRAC team found multiple media reports about this incident. According to an article by Etv Bharat, “the man in the video is an ICU-in charge at a reputed hospital in the city. “

According to the report of AajTak, the name of the man in the video is Dinesh. Apart from this, we also find a tweet of the account of Dheeraj Baghel आगरा. In the bio of the account it is written, “District President Aam Aadmi Party Agra.” {English Translation}

This fact-check proves that the man in the video is not Dheeraj baghel, District President of Aam Aadmi Party Agra. But he is another person named Dinesh. Therefore, the viral claim is false.
