The RBI has asked for Feedback and Suggestions before October 3.”
People are sharing this image with lots of aggression towards the government of India and sharing it under different captions.

To investigate the viral claim DFRAC desk used a simple Google search and found ascreenshot of tweet on the official Twitter account of the Ministry of Finance denying the viral Claim.
We also found reports from several news sites like Business Standard and Financial Express denying any such taxes on UPI transactions.
Conclusion:
With the clarification given by the Ministry of Finance itself, it is clear that the government of India is not planning on imposing any taxes on UPI transactions.
